Ui, long time no seen...
I just installed KDE4 on my MacBook and therefore Amarok. It seems though, it is not the RC1, but the Beta2 of Amarok, can someone tell me where I can get the newer Version? And now to my actual Problem. Yesterday everything worked fine (so far… except for the crash on collectionscan, but since it's the Beta I have installed, that's a known issue right?), but now my Amarok-Windows is gone. I just can't find it... If I start Amarok, the Splashscreen appears, and the Menu comes up etc, but the Program-Windows doesn't appear… any hints on this? I thought maybe I should delete all Amarok-Settings, but where do I find them on OS X? Are they in the Library? I didn't finf them in the hidden .kde-folder in my home-folder (where the settings should be in a Linux-Environment)…

Your settings are in /Users/
Firstly though, check for errant amarokcollectionscanner processes (in a terminal) and kill anything left over from the crash. Also check using Force Quit for anything that's still running. This generally fixes this type of thing for me. It can be useful to hide the splash screen when running Amarok under OS X, as if there's a dialogue box stuck behind it, it's nearly impossible to access the buttons. You can either do this from within Amarok once you get it running, or by editing the settings file above.

Hey thanks!
The collectionscanner process seemed to be the problem, know it works. Okay, so then I'll try the iTUnes Import…
