Help: Amarok suddenly not working

Mon Dec 08, 2008 3:15 am
I am using Amarok on Solaris 10 (SPARC), it was running smoothly until about 2 hours ago. Now when I attempt to start it I get the following error:

ld.so.1: amarokapp: fatal: relocation error: file /opt/csw/lib/libqt-mt.so.3: symbol __1cG__CrunKpure_error6F_v_: referenced symbol not found
Killed

Any clue how to fix it?

Well, it's a binary incompatibility issue. One of the libraries used by Qt must have changed (upgraded or downgraded probably).
