Hello together,

I just installed the new OpenSuSE 11.1 distro including Amarok 2.

When Amarok scans my music folders it stops after a while without an error message and no entries in the collection are shown. It looks like it can't create the database.

Could someone point me in the right direction,  where to start with troubleshooting. Unfortunately I don't get any messages and have no clue where to start looking.

Probably a packaging error from your distribution related to MySQL Embedded. Please ask on your distro's forums.

Thanks Mark, I asked on the Suse forum: I had to install the package "mysql" additionally and then it worked.
