2 Questions of an Ubuntu newbie

Hey guys, Ubuntu 8.1 (since yesterday) and I have 2 questions:
1. My Hebrew tagged songs are keep showing up in Gibberish. Why & how can I fix em?
2. How can I change the enqueuing action when I click a song? I want Amarok to change to the clicked song instantly.
