I've used Ubuntu now for a long time, but I am new to Amarok. I've been playing around with it for a while. It like it a lot. However, I have a problem. My little nephew got a hold of my laptop without me with him. I had shown him Amarok and Linux (hoping to convert him young
) His using my laptop was fine, but he found out rather quickly that if he clicked on a song it changed its number. This of course is the play count. He made the play count HIGH. This negatively impacted the song in question (made it the least liked song, contrary to what I would have thought and made the play count really high). I want to clear the statistics and begin again, but I can't figure out how to do it. Can anyone out there help me out? And is that right? Should it effect it score negatively making it least liked by clicking on it a lot? Thanks for the help. |

Deleting your collection database would clear all statistics. You can do it like this:
For Amarok 1.x: rm -rf $HOME/.kde/share/apps/amarok/collection.db For Amarok 2.x: rm -rf $HOME/.kde/share/apps/amarok/mysqle
