Amarok2 doesn't like square brackets in file names

darkscot Registered Member Posts 58 Karma 0 OS	Amarok2 doesn't like square brackets in file names Thu Jan 15, 2009 11:40 am I have been having an issue where amarok wouldn't play certain tracks (but other media players would). To cut a long story short I have discovered it is tracks with square brackets that won't play. For example a file called: Counting Crows - August And Everything After - Ghost Train (Live).mp3 plays fine. But one called: Counting Crows - August And Everything After - Ghost Train [Live].mp3 doesn't play. I have filed a bug report on this and am just posting this here for info.
