I'm using Amarok2 since the first alpha releases, and it used to have a bookmarking system : on the "Files" tab, next to the nav/display buttons right upon the folder path, there where a "bookmarks" button and I could add/remove/access to bookmarks I had created whithin Amarok.

I loved this feature, but it suddenly disappeared some time before the first 2.0 release of Amarok.

Did I miss some config or has the feature been removed ??

Yep, it has been removed, but only temporarily. We did get some spurious bug reports about crashes (possibly KDE related), but the plan is to add this back later.
