Am I alone in having this problem - Amarok regularly misses out songs from a folder when scanning. There's no pattern that I can see. The first time I scanned a new folder all the files were imported (all the same file type, ripped from a CD). The tags were all buggered up (Amarok still apparently can't deal with accented characters in id3v2 tags) so I retagged the files to make sure the encoding was correct. All files disappeared from my collection. When I manually rescanned them, about half were picked up. I retagged them again after another unsuccessful attempt to scan them and this time about 75% of them were imported. I can't ge my head around it - this never happened in v1.4.

It's marked as fixed in the latest release, but it's clearly not. Thisversion is completely unusable.

Incorrect. It's marked as "Reopened", so this means that there are some remaining issues:

NB: It now works for _most_ users, however, you might be one of the few unlucky ones. We're working hard on the problem already and will try to fix it ASAP.
