I can't remember which version number I was using before in Kubuntu 8.10, but I recently got my hands on Amarok 2.0.1. So far I'm liking it, but I can't find a sync with mp3 player functionality - transfer files is there, but I used to be able to right click a playlist and sync it with my MTP device. Is there still a way to do something like this?
Thanks WIlf |

Add media device applet. Works with my Zen.

It's an applet, so you can add it in the middle pane by clicking on the + sign.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

It just shows me a device with a number. I can not do anything with it. I am also not able to sync my playlists with external mp3-players like in 1.X Versions of Amarok. Can anyone confirm that in the 2.0X version is no such function? Amarok is UNUSABLE for me if I can not generate Playlists for my Zen Vision. |
