Last time I download 'Killing Jazz - 2nd Round' from Jamendo.com (mp3 format)
I press play (first song of this album) and Amarok causet 100% CPU plasma usage.

I checked mp3 file and everything was fine.
The cover was 1.1MB (or above) in album directory.
I resized the cover to 640x640@76KB and now everything was fine, but
bug still exists.

My system: Linux Kubuntu 8.10, kernel 2.6.27-14-generic, KDE 4.2.2
(Amarok 2.0.1)

Do you use the Now Playing plasmoid? If so, does removing it help?

Yes, I use 'Now Playing' widget inside Amarok, yes if i remove any widgets with the cover that CPU usage decreasing to a minimum.
I think this is problem with declaration of memory. (or memory leak)

I was talking about the Now Playing plasmoid in Plasma, the one that you add to your Desktop.
Not the current track applet in Amarok.
