Problems getting songs to show up on Itouch

I did a  jailbreak on my 8Gb itouch (firmware 2.2.1) to get it to work with Amarok on Ubuntu.

I am able to mount it fine with ipo-itouch-mount, and via Amarok. I can upload music, and it shows up in Amarok. However, when I unmount it via ipod-itouch-umount, and attempt to use the Itouch, it says there are no songs.

If I connect it to Amarok everything is there. I found some others talking about this, with one solution of running sudo lsusb -v | grep -i Seria, and pasting the output to /media/ipod/iPod_control/Device/SysInfo.

Sysinfo already contains the following:

ModelNumStr: xA623
FirewireGuid: 0xc7e9854067feb040n

sudo lsusb -v | grep -i Seria displays the following:  iSerial                3 c7e9854067feb0404d7b4382153962ab64f7aefb

Any ideas how to fix this
