Problem playing files with name including Chinese/Japanese Characters

Amarok version: 2.02 (binary package)
Distribution: OpenSuSE 11.1
Music Type: FLAC and MP3
Engine: Phonon Xine Engine (Is it the setting inside the multimedia of KDE control manager)

I have found that when I try to play files with name including Chinese/Japanese Characters, Amarok just doesn't take action and the files are not played. Amarok can function normally if the files are of English Characters.
