I've searched the forum but can't find an answer to my problem.
I am having trouble getting Amarok to use soundkonverter script which I downloaded & installed with Synaptic Pkg Mgr.
I'm trying to burn MP3's to an audio cd format. Amarok doesn't see any transcoding/encoding scripts. It calls K3B which can't burn cd's with MP3 files.
I must be missing something here.
If M$ can do it, Linux can certainly do it.

Distribution is Mepis 8.0
Linux Release 2.6.27-1
KDE is 3.5.10
Amarok 1.4.10

Thanks in advance for help/advice.
Cliff

UPDATE - SOLVED. Added K3b lib - extra codecs and K3b mp3 from debian Lenny repos. Now can create audio from Amarok or K3b
