K so I just updated from 1.4 to 2.0.2. My first surprise was that Amarok now automatically detects my MP3 player (mtp-device) but it no longer shows the capacity. And that causes a hell of a problem because it only has 2gigs so it's always full and I always have to remove some albums to put on new ones. It shows the content of my mp3 player as another collection but i cant see anywhere how much space there is left and that's extremely annoying.
Thanks in advance for your help. |

actually nvm... i went back to 1.4
i just can't stand 2.0.2 laggy and it has nothing to do with the old version. *edit: Now I found out that with this stupid jaunty update amarok 1.4 no longer detects my mp3 player. WTF.... so anyways if you guys have any ideas on how I can get my mp3 players capacity on amarok 2.0.2 it would still be great cause at least I could put songs on it...... argh this is getting me mad i hate wasting hours trying to fix stuff on this comp.. -_-

Perhaps this script can help:
http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php/SyncAmaroK?content=100841 If it doesn't fit, maybe it's a starting point for your own script. Greetings m0nk
