Hi all,

I use Amarok 2.0.2 (Build Date: Apr 17 2009) on Kubuntu 9.04 (but this problem was also on previous releases of Amarok 1 with xine engine). The problem that I have is that the network OGG stream doesn't play smooth - just like jump a 0.1 second from time to time and it is not easy to hear that at first place. Anyway I don't think that this is problem of my network speed because it goes OK and also the radio that I want to listen works with mplayer and other players without any problems.

Here is the link to the stream:

Can someone look at this problem ?

Something is very weird with that stream indeed. In general it plays fine, but it shows the On The Screen display every few seconds, and then there is a slight jump.

Hard to say what's going on there, but it almost seems as if they cut the stream into many small OGG files, for whatever reason (maybe to prevent digital recording of the stream.)
