Non-latin characters in UTF-8 tags are shown as a '?'

Fri Jun 12, 2009 1:16 am All my collection is tagged with Picard tagger with ID3v1 and ID3v2.4, both with UTF-8 encoding. But Amarok displays a '?' when it comes to characters like ă ș or others (cyrillic, for example). Why? Why? Why?
