iv been coming across some mp3 files that amarok 2 seems incapable of properly reading or writing the tags for.
it wont read/or write the proper artist, composer or genre tags it just show those as unknown the weird part is that amarok 1.4 and any other media player and tagging program works fine and even if i change all of the tags with an external program artist, composer or genre tags will still not show. this is mainly happening on files from one site and it's music is provided for free so here is one of the files so you can see what it's doing http://media.daytrotter.com/audio/dt/ot ... -theme.mp3 im using: amarok Version 2.1.1 (but i had this issue with this version and the ones before it) openSuSE 11.1 64bit 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4) "release 2" |

k i can fix this if is use a tag editing program to remove the id3v2 tags and rewrite them so i think that it's most likely a character encoding issue but I'm still kinda curious why amarok 1.4 and every other media player was able to detect this tags fine.
