When I upgraded to Jaunty, I also upgraded to Amarok 2.0.2, and since then I am having trouble with this player. Every time I start Amarok I get a screen with virtually nothing. I attached a print-screen to show it. I don't know what to do to get it right, but Amarok main screen does not even display the song after doing a database scan or when playing a song ...I haven't being able also to see the panel on the left that has "Files - Play list  - Internet - Collection"

I will appreciate any comments on this

If you had tried the search function first, you should have seen that 2.0.2 Jaunty package is buggy and you should upgrade to 2.1(.1)

The current version of amarok that I have installed is the 2.1and KDE is 4.2.2, but Amarok looks empty.... javascript:void(0);

I upgraed to the latest KDE 4.3 RC or ( 4.2.96) and no change....Amarok still the same. I wonder what other setting I might have wrong....
Any idea?

Remove $HOME/.kde/share/config/amarok* and $HOME/.kde/share/apps/amarok.
