Are you sure you mean the playlist? Or do you mean the collection browser showing non existing files?
Could you please be a bit more detailed about your problem?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

OK, so what I do understand is: you want to clean the playlist, right?

There is a button at the bottom that allows you to do that: the on on the left, if you hover over the icon it should read "clear playlist".

If you want to load something to the playlist, you can either
  • double-click on the track or album in the collection browser on the left,
  • or drag the track/album to the middle where you can drop it to the option "append to playlist" that should appear there,
  • or you can drag it directly to the right and drop it at the position you would like to.

I hope this answers your question :)

I assume, you're talking about a saved playlist, which you load with entries/tracks, that don't exist anymore in your collection.
No, there's no item (yet). You have to select the tracks manually and remove them from your list.
Perhaps it's better to remove the whole playlist.
