Are you sure you mean the playlist? Or do you mean the collection browser showing non existing files?
Could you please be a bit more detailed about your problem?

OK, so what I do understand is: you want to clean the playlist, right?
There is a button at the bottom that allows you to do that: the on on the left, if you hover over the icon it should read "clear playlist". If you want to load something to the playlist, you can either

my playlist contain file that not exist eny more. and i want to remove them all. in amarok 1.4 was button "remove not exist and dupplicate" (or smth like this) |

I assume, you're talking about a saved playlist, which you load with entries/tracks, that don't exist anymore in your collection.
No, there's no item (yet). You have to select the tracks manually and remove them from your list. Perhaps it's better to remove the whole playlist. m0nk
