Amarok Freezes On Pause

Amarok 2.1.1 on KDE 4.3.00. If a track is playing and I pause, I cannot resume and I have to force quit Amarok (kill XXXX). Attempting to resume shows that its playing but no sound and progress bar is not moving. Amarok -> Quit does not quit the app either

FWIW, I can't reproduce this with the current Amarok 2.2-git version. As we are working on a beta release to be out soon, you just have to be patient
 Just to make sure, you are using the xine-backend in Phonon, right? We have had strange reports with gstreamer in the past, so this could be a reason for this strange behavior.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
