I'm trying to compile 2.1.85 from source.

Cmake said I didn't have qt.core & qt.bindings.

I found the qtscritpgenerator source at "code.google.com"

I was having trouble compiling the script generator itself, and made a post earlier, and that portion of my troubles ended, thanks to "bcooksley"!

Well, after that, I started to try and compile the actual plugin I need (qt.core & qt.bindings), but that failed. I pastebin'd the console output & just can't figure out why it's getting an error.

Hopefully someone can take a look and gimme a heads up.

Thanks!
-Alex.

Can you please try using the version available from their Gitorious repository?

git clone git://qt.gitorious.org/qt-labs/qtscriptgenerator.git

Like I said, programming really isn't my thing . . . . . . I don't know how to get things from GIT. It's probably WAY easier than I think, but when I click on it, firefox says it can't go there, there is no program associated with the protocol "git".

thanks,
Alex.

That command is meant to be executed in Konsole, and requires that the "git" utility to be installed.

It will perform the same action as downloading the live tarball and extracting it to your system. Follow the normal instructions from there.
