I have just acquired Amarok 2.2.0 using yum. I love the changes! Nice!

However, I have configured it to use MySQL and I notice that each time it loads, it drops all the tables in the db and recreates them afresh. This means that it keeps scanning my collection all the time. Not so cool when it comes to my 40GB of collection and it has to take like 3 minutes for me to be able to start hearing some notes from my speakers.

So question is, is there a way that I can make it not truncate the tables all the time?
