Hi all,

Is there any way by which I can get amarok to just add the song I click on to the bottom of the playlist and play it? I don't want to have to click on it and then scroll into the playlist and select the song again.

THanks,

Sure, it does exactly that by default. But only if no other music is already playing. If it's playing, the new tracks only become appended. If you want to interrupt your currently playing music, just press Stop before appending.

This was a design choice we made (and I think it works well in most cases).

I actually prefer it to play it directly since that's what I'm used to. Would it be difficult to include a setting under options as to what the default double click option would do? I mean I understand if it adds complexity, but if its simple enough?

Yes, very very difficult.
