Context Window Loading Circle Icon

Sun Nov 29, 2009 10:11 pm
Hi all,

I'm loving the new Amarok, however I can not seem to get rid of the loading animation from the context window. From the moment the context window opens the loading icon stays in place just spinning and spinning. After a while there are multiple spinning animation and this is just annoying.

Anyone know why this might be happening and is there a way to stop it?

I'm running Amarok in Fedora 12 version 2.2.1

Thanks!

This is a known bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=208102

It's just not reproducible by any of the developers, so not easy to fix, sorry.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

I get the same problem.

If it can't be fixed, can't it be removed as it's pretty useless. I end up trying to read through it.

As you could see from the bug report, it is already fixed.
