Hi,

sorry if this got answered before, I had some troubles searching for this, so feel free to point me to probably existing answers to this question.

I played around with the playlist layout in the latest version, starting from the default layout. It seems to be possible to place multiple entries in the same line, but for some reason this does not work for me.

If I change Head to
Album Year
Artist

the year is not displayed.
Same for the Body when I add more elements between Title and Length. The new elements are not shown.
Adding elements to a new line works without problems though.

Is this a bug or a not-implemented feature - or am I doing something wrong?

I am fine with entering this in the bug database, but wanted to check whether I am doing something wrong here (just switched to version 2).

Thanks,
Marcel

Well, you need to make sure to place those with the appropriate width. Try clicking on the tool that appears when you point your mouse to an element and change it's width or alignment. Of course, the more elements you place in a line, the larger the playlists pane needs to be to be able to see all the elements.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Ah, I found the problem: The existing elements were set with a width of 100%. I added a new element with width set (by default) to "automatic". This caused the element to never been shown.
