Context applet fonts  Topic is solved

Thu Dec 24, 2009 12:34 am
Hello,

I've just started using the context applets. Is there any way to control the fonts (Arial, Liberation Sans, etc) and the font sizes in these applets? I've searched for some corresponding *.css file that controls this (similar to konqueror) to no avail.

It would seem to me that this would at least be possible in the Wikipedia applet as it looks to mimic konqueror as a web browser.

KDE 4.3.4
Amarok 2.2.1.90
openSuse 11.1

Any and all input greatly appreciated.

No matter all the nay sayers, Amarok2 rocks and I salute the developers!

Hi Cadaver, at the moment you can change the font in the lyrics applet. Wrt the Wikipedia applet, there's a WikipediaCustomStyle.css under `kde4-config --prefix`/share/apps/amarok/data/ you might want to look at.

Thank you 'stuffcorpse'.

That's exactly the answer I was hoping for. I've edited the wikipedia css and it looks great.

I prefer ALL my text fonts to be the same type and size (I'm nuts that way).

Thanks again...

No problem. If you are that "nuts" you can set the fonts in KDE's system settings :p I think.
