Hello,

since I have this problem a searched google and I found only this: http://forums.opensuse.org/get-help-her ... 4-4-a.html

I only want to ask if this is only an openSUSE-users-related issue, or if it was already reported as a bug?

Apparently it is OpenSuSE related, I can't recall a similar report from other distribution, but AFAIK it has been solved already, make sure your system is up-to-date.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Hi, I'm also experiencing this problem and my system is up to date. Amarok plays all audio without issue, including local MP3s. However, no internet streams will produce audio. On last.fm (I am a subscriber) I can see the meta data is downloaded (track name, length, etc) but the slider does not move, and I cannot hear anything.

What should I look for to resolve this?

You might run Amarok from the console:

Code: Select all
amarok -d --nofork

and see what your output is when you try to stream. That might pin down the problem.
