I did a search but could not find this problem mentioned.
I recently had reinstalled my Linux Mint 8 KDE and before that I had been able to have a smaller playlist size than I have now. I have KDE 4.3.2 and Amarok 2.3.0.90 and I can resize everything except the Playlist. The playlist takes up half the interface and I'd rather it be smaller. I tried messing with the sizing in the playlist layout editor but nothing I did seemed to make a different (i.e. custom vs. automatic, etc) I have tried it locked and unlocked and no difference. I get the cursor to change for re-sizing but it won't move. I can easily resize the Current Track section next to it. Btw I don't maximize the program if that matters. If I maximize it, the playlist takes up slightly less than half. But I know I had it before not maximized and the playlist was able to be adjusted. Something must be off in this version since it isn't working correctly. Thanks |

As is often the case when someone asks for help it was user error. The problem has fixed itself with a proper reboot, where I had only been hibernating and sleeping the pc before (not that I expected those actions to help any)
Anyway not an issue with Amarok after all. |
