Hello,
I am using Ubuntu 10.04 with Amarok 2.3.1 and I am having some problems with the Automatic Playlist Generator. I have not found my solution on these forums and I have searched google, and I am fairly new to using Amarok 2, so sorry if this is a stupid question. Every time I use the Automatic Playlist Generator, only 30 tracks are introduced into the playlist. Why is this? I don't want a limit to the amount of tracks which are selected. Thank you very much. |

It is a hardcoded limit, you will need to ask the developer of the APG why this is. Since he does not use the forum, maybe sending a mail to amarok@kde.org could give you some answers.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Thanks, I'll do that right now.
Is there any other way I can add all of my 4 and 5 star songs to a new playlist? Thanks |

Search by rating in the CollectionBrowser and add to the playlist, then save the playlist?

Seems to be planned for 2.4
* New "Playlist Length" constraint for the APG, which allows you to specify the number of tracks in the playlist. What was the "Playlist Length " constraint is now called "Playlist Duration". Great ! |
