Symbol lookup error

Tue Sep 28, 2010 6:12 am
Running openSuse 11.3/KDE 4.5.1/Amarok 2.3.2-88.2-x86_64/mysql.
Have just upgraded to this version, specifically because I was having this viewtopic.php?f=115&t=89561 error (unable to load collection) which is a problem that I have been having for a few versions, and have been getting around it by adding a "directory at a time".
since the upgrade have been getting this error:
amarok: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libamaroklib.so.1: undefined symbol: _ZN15QSplitterHandle11resizeEventEP12QResizeEvent

and amarok refuses to run at all... Obviously a dependency prob?? But what?

Thanks, John.

Your Qt version is incompatible with your Amarok version.

This is either a packaging error, or something got messed up on your system. Please ask in a SUSE forum.
