Is it possible to set album covers for iPod tracks (m4a)?

I love Amarok's tag editor but I don't see how to set the album cover. Is this possible?
(Note, this is BEFORE adding the songs to the iPod). |

On the summary tab, if you right click on the Album space, and select "Set Custom Cover" you should be able to set one. I don't think it is saved in the file itself though.
