Sony X-Series MP3 Player

Hi All,
Just got a Sony X-Series MP3 and Amarok cannot function correctly with it. When I try to transfer music it stays at 0% indefinitely on the bottom. It does transfer my first set of songs (if I move an album for instance) but the reading is still 0% on the bottom. Furthermore, when I try to transfer more music after a couple minutes it tells me it cannot transfer any more music because an operation is already in progress. After safely removing the device I check it and the first album will be on it, plays fine. Should I bug report this? |

Which exact Amarok version is this about?
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

It is version 2.3.2 in Ubuntu 10.10, it's also been tested using same version of Amarok in Ubuntu 10.04
