I got a problem when I try to copy files from my collection to a Walkman NWZ-E436F Mp3 Player.

The progress bar of the copy always stop between 75% and 95%. It's like Amarok is not able to copy all the songs. But when I look on my Walkman, all the songs are here.

So what's the problem? If I copy one album and then I try to copy another album, there's a message saying that Amarok is transfering files and cannot transfer this album (because he thinks that he is still copying the firts album). I have to deconnect the device and reconnect it if I want to transfer another album. Even if I click on the stop button (the red circle just beside the transfer bar), Amarok keeps saying that there is an active transfert, even if the copy has ended.

Thanks for your help.

Which Amarok, KDE and distribution version are you talking about?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Almost the same problem for me with Amarok 2.4.0, Kde 4.6 in Opensuse 11.4 and a Sansa Fuze. Furthermore, sometimes not all songs are transfered.
The problem only occurs in MTP-Mode.
