Please make a bug report, this is clearly a regression.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Working again - somehow my KDE got borked and was showing as 4.6.2
My guess - the packager of the KDE 46 repo in openSuse put some of 4.6.2 into the repo before it was ready and then pulled them but not before I did an automatic upgrade. Reinstalling that repo fixed the problem
