Hello every body,

We are facing some problems with amarok 2.4.0. Here is the build log

http://sibelle.dyndns.org/log/pakxe/x86 ... amarok.log

And here is what amarok says when we start it.

Tanks for your hints

tnut

There are several solutions suggested when searching online:

http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/amarok/20 ... 31986.html

has a whole thread on it, the first thing to run is

Code: Select all
kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental

if that doesn't help, try this (found here: http://ubuntucomputing.posterous.com/fi ... iceunknown)

Code: Select all
sudo rm -rf /var/tmp/kdecache-*

Google is your friend :)

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

We are quite shure it's about a version of a library which is too new. But the big question is which one.

Did you try the suggestion I gave you?
