Hi guys,
Is there a way to control amarok over a terminal window? I'm thinking of something like rvlc where you can type in "next" into the terminal and vlc plays the next track in the playlist. Greetings, blackdeagle |

Basic commands can be given simply by running amarok with arguments; see amarok --help for the full list, but examples include amarok --next, amarok --pause, etc.
For more complex commands, you can invoke the DBus interface from the command line using mdbus2 or qdbus. |
