Hey.I'm using Amarok under Fedora 14 Gnome.

When i try to jump from one radio station to another, amarok just freezes and i have to restart. Also i don't get the current song ID playing and many times not even the radio station name, just appears "Streaming Data".

Thanks in advance!

Which version of Amarok and KDE do you have installed? Both are available from the Help menu of Amarok.

Try changing between Phonon backends. Depending on your distribution, either GStreamer or VLC is recommended.

Gstreamer is my default,i've tried vlc.It doesn't freezes when i jump from stream to stream, but it crashes quite often giving this error:Executable: amarok PID: 2814 Signal: Aborted (6)
Also the equalizer is not available,it says that this phonon backend does not support it.I get the name of the station, but not the name of the current song playing.

Tried Xine,but then nothing works.

For the crash, could you please make a bug report at http://bugs.kde.org and provide a backtrace in this? Else we can only guess.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
