Hi, to all helpful people
I have an iphone 3g iOs 4.2.1 it wont appear in amarok, but it is shown in rhythmbox, gtkpod and co. I am using Amarok 2.4.1 on Opensuse 11.4 Terminal is saying the foloowing about:

i dunno about opensuse having libimobildevice installed by default but i think you should take a look at http://www.libimobiledevice.org.
on a sad note... even it appears on Amarok, it won't sync music to the device. That's my current problem. Should be ok by next Amarok release. |

I have just submitted the following patch : viewtopic.php?f=117&t=97300&p=205331&hilit=iphone#p205331 If under Ubuntu natty, you can test the patch with my ppa : https://launchpad.net/~manu-wagner/+arc ... perimental It should solve the issue. You'll still face the "iphone 0 track problem", which you can solve either by reverting to a previous version of libmtp or through disabling mtp devices handling in amarok (configure, plugins) |
