The necessary Ubuntu packages for QtScript are:
Depends: libqtscript4-core
Depends: libqtscript4-gui
Depends: libqtscript4-network
Depends: libqtscript4-xml
Depends: libqtscript4-sql
Depends: libqtscript4-uitools

These will be installed automatically when you install Amarok, though, along with the other dependencies. You shouldn't need to worry about it. Just select Amarok in the package manager and it'll handle the rest.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

All the packages you list are installed.

After some more digging the problem is the 'Labeler' script, 'Quick labeler 0.3.1'. When installed (and enabled) I get the following error when Amarok starts:

This script requires that you get the Amarok QTScript library script first
Details: Could not import the Amarok QTScript library - aborting

I guess since I have the libraries installed, I just have to wait for a script update?

EDIT: Wait, I figured it out. Doh! 'Speak, friend, and enter.'

Installed the script called 'Amarok QTScript library' by the same author. Works like a charm........
