Applet panel not fully formed at startup

Applet panel not fully formed at startup, but as soon as I adjust the width of the panel it and all the applets display fine
 tried as a 2nd user running Xfce (with kwin iirc) and same issue

Which version, KDE version and Qt version is this about?
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11

running Amarok compiled from git, OpenSuse 12.1 x64, KDE 4.8.0, QT libqt4-4.8.0-245.1

I use Amarok 2.5-git with KDE 4.8 on Kubuntu 11.10, but with Qt 4.7.4. Maybe that could explain it, the Context View shows correctly for me.

obviously not a big issue and no one else has reported it so it could just be my set up (and sometimes I do wonder), does it warrant a bug report?

Did you try removing the config files to start with? That sometimes helps.

Does it also happen with a new user? If yes, please file a bug report.
