Use the "Add Media" button.

Btw, You can change its position with "Configure Toolbar" in the menu.

Not a bad idea! We might implement it sometime. For mp3 (shoutcast) I'm not sure about the licensing, though. Is it free?

it is on the player that it misses the button not in the playlist editor
