I was making a superkaramba theme for amarok and i miss a dcop call that open the amarok's playlist.

I thing it'll be a useful feature to add in futures amarok releases ..

do you mean a DCOP call that saves the current playlist somewhere and returns the filename?

No ...

It common to see in karamba themes for xmms buttons to next and previous tracks, for stop, pause and that button to popup the current playlist to you add or remove new songs.

Amarok doesn't have any dcop call that let you put in the screen its playlist window or the main window ... so its hard to make a port of existing themes from xmms to amarok ..
