...in which the number of subnodes, or better, the number of songs below each node is shown. Is this doable? The column should probably be toggable, in case it gets too slow... What do you think?

technically, hard to do. the problem: we\'re not reading all entries for the collection at once, but only when the user opens a node (clicks the +). otherwise it would be too slow. so we only know about the amount of subitems, once the user interacts.
one could think about a solution, where the amount of subitems gets stored while scanning. we\'ll see, i\'m going to think about a proper solution, i like the idea actually. regards, muesli |
