Hi, I would like to add mouse gesture functionnality of KDE to amarok, but i can\'t because there is no normal shortcut for the play, pause, next track, previous track actions... The only shortcut that works for these command are global shortcut and they don\'t work with KDEHotkeys. So, my feature request is too add normal shortcuts for theses commands in the configure shortcuts pannel.

By the way, Amarok is a wondefull application..

In KHotKeys I set up a gesture that did simple keyboard input* which mapped to Win-X, which is the global shortcut for play and it worked correctly.

I don\'t think we should duplicate mouse gesture functionality in amaroK. Rather KHotKeys should be fixed, or we must find a way to make it work nicely with amaroK.

KHotKeys can start dcop commands with a mouse gesture.
There is no predefined "action type" for it, so you have to use the generic one to configure it.
