"suggested songs" stored offline?

Mon Jan 31, 2005 10:42 pm
Hi,

I\'m a big fan of the \'add suggested songs to the end of the playlist feature\'. However, I\'m not online most of the time so suggested songs can\'t be looked up. I find that if I play a song (while not connected to the internet) that I have previously played while online, amarok \'remembers\' the list of suggested songs associated with it. So, I assume amarok stores the list of suggested songs somewhere. Is there any way I can get amarok to look up the suggested songs for my entire collection when I\'m online, then it will always have suggested songs stored when I\'m offline and play a song?

Hope I\'ve worded this in a way that makes sense. What is the que for amarok to start looking up suggested songs for a given track? Is adding it to the playlist enough, or does it actually have to be played? If I knew that I could probably work something out with dcop & Perl ;)
