Hy there,

I got an ipod mini and wanna transfer some music to it. but this dont work on amarok. on gtkpod it does. the ipod is correctly connected to \'/mnt/ipod\' but when i click to transfer files to the ipod, nothing happens. there are some playists i allready have created. did it forgot something?

amaroK doesn\'t support ipod mini.

that\'s actually wrong. it supports all ipods except the suffle (which just ain\'t an ipod - sorry).

dunno about your problem. sounds weird. is the mountpath writable for the user you run amarok with?

I am having the exact same problem with my iPod - nothing happens when I tell amarok to transfer songs.

of cause it is. thats why it works for gtkpod.

that\'s the line from my fstab:

/dev/sda2 /mnt/ipod vfat pamconsole,exec,rw,noauto,iocharset=utf8,managed 0 0

mkay dudes i just found the problem.
you have to restart amarok after mounting the ipod. thats all.
