amaroK is a KDE app, isn\'t it?

Why does it not support the kio slaves smb and fish?
I have my music collection on a server (linux pc).

How could i use all features from amaroK?
Now I am not able to listen to a song from the server directly.

Well, with gstreamer you can use KIO to listen to songs. They just can\'t be in your collection.

How do I use gstreamer?
Where can I get information?

Why not? Will that never be possible or is that only not done yet.
