a nice Feature would be that amaroK counts how much music (in hh:mm:ss) was played today/this week/this month ... and at all (like in Winamp 1.x)

What would you do with that information? Maybe it\'s nice to know, and probably easy to keep track of it... but I wonder what interesting things you could do with it? Imho, stats are interesting if you can do new things with it... like generating playlists with favorite tracks, etc... or like being able to generate playlists of a specific play length (say you want to fill 60 min with random music), or maybe more useful... playlists of a given size (say 512MB, ...), then you could drag/drop your playlist to a USB device in Konqueror...

But I guess there are already applications that do stuff like this...
