The current Amarok version is crashing everytime I click on play, so I can\'t listen to music. Is there a way or a sintax do download previous versions from SVN? I\'ve already provided a backtrace.

Same here.
I compiled amarok with xine, arts and mysql support and it crashes every time i clicked start. kmail pops up with the following text.
A previous compiled Version of Amarok 1.3beta3 works great. Hop this can help to fix it. bye Post edited by: sxe, at: 2005/09/13 14:08 Post edited by: sxe, at: 2005/09/13 14:08 |

Well, this crash is inside TagLib. So, a TagLib bug, nothing we could fix.
I\'d assume this only happens with certain files, not all?

I will check this later. Because at the moment anonsvn seems to be down. :]
thx for the quick response. *edit Hm.. I\'m confused. I recompiled taglib 1.4 and now the working amarok version 1.3beta crashed too. strange Post edited by: sxe, at: 2005/09/13 14:36 |

Probably re-compiling taglib broke binary capability for beta3. You\'d have to recompile amaroK. Perhaps thats the actual issue.

Ah, an unclean build.
Would we be lynched if we just blacklisted automake? At least for SVN.
