why custom tabs?
lets give you an example, my favorite internet radio, http://www.frequence3.fr has two features I liked very much, vote and display cover from current song. What I like is customize one tab to display the art cover and put a couple of buttons to vote the song. Each custom tab could be binded to a script file to generate the tab content.
